Jonathan Bojan was born in State College and, after six years in Philadelphia, returned to continue pursuing his freelance music career in a quieter setting. His ten years experience of creating for YouTube and working as an entrepreneur have given him extensive experience in business management, marketing and creative thinking.

Jonathan also has deep experience as a private music instructor, having taught hundreds of students and an average of seven different instruments per week over the course of his music career. This experience offers a unique insight into the kinds of lives that are lived inside the homes he sells, and he enjoys the process of discerning which house will optimize the quality of life of those who live in it. His higher education was at Temple University's Boyer College of Music where he earned a B.A. in Music Theory with honors, and he particularly enjoys discussing the pursuit of creative hobbies with his clients.

Jonathan Bojan entered the Real Estate world after being inspired by the agent that sold him his first house, and he also works as a Real Estate Investor in order to build a portfolio that endows creative activities in the community.

Jonathan is also an avid student nonviolent communication via the teachings of Marshall Rosenberg and the Center County activist Marie Hamilton. In an industry that often has a reputation for being a source of conflict, Jonathan's negotiation style is to acknowledge conflict openly while seeking collaborative solutions to the complex problems of real estate negotiations.

Jonathan lives near to his family in State College and enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons with his nephews when he is not working in Real Estate or pursuing his passions for music and dance.
